Case Study - Growing as a New Executive...


A newly hired employee was recently promoted from a lower level coordinator to director of operations. The employee was feeling a lot of anxiety and fear as a critical vendor that employee controlled, was causing the company losses and delays in its product chain realization.

After coaching, the employee realized that as an 'executive's of the company, she had the authority and need to replace the critical vendor and this realizing that she could impact and take control of her future - - and not merely “let it happen to her”.
